💡 INSTRUCTIONS: Registration is required for every attendee! Your registration is considered complete once your form is submitted AND payment is received.
Step 1 — Complete the Registration Form
  • List every person who will attend: all adults and all children and ages
  • If you’re registering multiple people, make sure the total household count matches the number of names listed

You may pay using one of the options below:

  • Full name (as you want it displayed)
  • Date of Birth
  • Date of Passing
  • Optional: a short line (1 sentence max) like “Beloved Mother,” “Uncle,” “Cousin,” “Prayer warrior,” etc.
Please note: Photos will be displayed respectfully with name and dates only, unless you include an optional short line.
